Contribution to organizational climate **Responsibilities**: * Recruitment and Selection: Assist in resume screening, interview scheduling, and communication with candidates. * New Employee Onboarding: Participate in the welcoming and orientation process for new employees. * Document Administration: Organize and update employee files, such as contracts and payroll-related documents. * Training and Development: Assist in organizing trainings and workshops, and monitor feedback and evaluations. * Benefits Support: Help administer employee benefits. * Organizational Climate: Participate in initiatives promoting a positive work environment, such as events and satisfaction surveys. * Employee Assistance: Provide support for daily employee inquiries and requests. Requirements: Currently enrolled in Psychology, People Management, or Human Resources, and proficient in computer skills
