Performs circuit maintenance, resolves connectivity issues, and provides customer support with focus on quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.### **Responsibilities** * Support the installation of racks and equipment according to technical drawings (Visio, spreadsheets). * Interpret installation plans and execute according to specifications. * Install and repair circuits with advanced fiber optic terminations, patch panels, and DIOs. * Prioritize tasks based on ticket queues in platforms such as Siebel and Jarvis. * Resolve issues related to swapped, multiplexed, and cross-connected circuits. * Perform troubleshooting in collaboration with internal Networking, NOC, and support teams. * Attend to customers to resolve connection and equipment issues. * Install, test, and modify cross connects according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Properly manage coaxial, fiber, copper (twisted pair) cables, and cross connects. * Support cage and infrastructure modification projects. * Maintain detailed and accurate records of all activities performed. * Manage and open incidents as necessary. * Contribute to customer satisfaction through accurate and timely order execution. ### **Qualifications** * Experience with equipment and network infrastructure installation. * Technical knowledge of structured cabling (fiber optic, coaxial, copper). * Ability to interpret technical drawings and installation plans. * Familiarity with ticketing platforms such as Siebel and Jarvis. * Troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills. * Organized with attention to detail for activity documentation. * Customer service focus and commitment to deadlines. * Desired experience in data center or telecommunications environments. * Availability for 12x36 shift schedule, with shifts from 6 PM to 10 PM and 11 PM to 6 AM.
