Seeking effective, long-term return solutions is highly important—and we value this greatly. **Responsibilities and Duties** **How can you help?** * Experience providing end-user support with a technical profile. * Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Client and Server and Linux operating systems; * Hands-on experience with Microsoft AD, DHCP, DNS, GPO, WDS, WSUS, NTFS services; * Troubleshooting of Linux and Windows processes and services; * Proficiency in firewall concepts, including rules, SSL VPN, and IPSec; routers/switches; * Knowledge of virtualization tools and resources such as Hyper-V, VMware, etc.; * Knowledge of backup tools such as Windows Server Backup, Backup Exec, Arcserver, Cobian, and related backup and restore routines. * RAID/Storage systems; * Proficiency in messaging and DNS service concepts for Email/Internet. **To match with us, you must:** * Excel in verbal and written communication! In this role, you’ll provide remote support! * Be curious, go beyond the obvious, and propose creative solutions we haven’t yet considered! * Be organized and responsible; * Practice assertive communication and understand how to positively influence people! **Requirements and Qualifications** **What background do we expect from you?** Advanced computer science knowledge, including implementation and administration of the following technologies: * Bachelor’s degree, technical course, or technology degree—currently enrolled or completed—in IT-related fields; * Experience providing end-user support with a technical profile. * Debugging and troubleshooting; * Experience managing Windows and Linux servers; * Verification of Linux and Windows processes and services; * Hands-on experience with services such as AD, DHCP, DNS, GPO, WDS, WSUS, Shadowcopy, and NTFS permission configuration; * Clustering and NLB; * Practical virtualization skills (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
