The professional will be responsible for preparing, grilling, and finishing meats and other foods on the griddle, ensuring quality standards, hygiene, and presentation of served products. Responsibilities * Prepare meat cuts for griddle cooking according to portioning and seasoning guidelines. * Operate the griddle safely and efficiently, maintaining control over temperature and cooking time. * Achieve the correct doneness of meats as requested (rare, medium, well-done). * Monitor cooking time to ensure service speed and quality. * Clean and organize the workstation, including the griddle, utensils, and countertops. * Maintain food safety by observing expiration dates, proper storage, and good handling practices. * Support the kitchen team with other tasks as needed. Requirements * Prior experience as a griddle cook or in similar roles * Knowledge of food preparation techniques * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure * Flexible availability, including weekends (Saturdays) and occasionally holidays. * Commitment to hygiene and food safety * Strong communication skills, agility, attention to detail, and organizational ability Starting salary: R$2.000,00; after probation period: R$2.250,00, with growth opportunities based on performance.
