This person will be responsible for handling, registering, and resolving tickets, contributing to operational efficiency and continuity. **Responsibilities** * Handle and register support tickets (via system, phone, or e\-mail); * Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, networks, and internal systems; * Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment and applications; * Monitor ticket resolution within established timeframes; * Support users in utilizing corporate tools; * Collaborate with other IT teams for continuous improvement of support processes.
