Job Summary: A Trade Marketing professional to support the manager in executing brand strategies, supplier management, and in-store activations, with a focus on profitability and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic Trade Marketing support focused on suppliers and points of sale (POS). 2. Active participation in developing supplier plans and marketing campaigns. 3. Management of the action and store visit calendar to identify improvements. * Support the Trade Marketing Manager in monitoring and executing strategic brand activities, focusing on suppliers and points of sale; * Mapping of Carone and Sempre Tem stores; * Active participation in developing supplier plans based on the Group's media kit, generating profitability for the area; * Direct interface with suppliers, supporting the execution and follow-up of campaigns and activations; * Management of the Trade Marketing action calendar, interfacing with the commercial team and other related areas to ensure agreement compliance; * Conducting store visits with a critical eye to identify improvement opportunities, and following up on the pre\-defined mapping; * Prospecting registered suppliers for online and offline media activations; * Ensuring all trade activations and actions are implemented on time and to a high standard; * Identifying opportunities with suppliers and proposing improvements to increase sell\-out; * Supporting leadership in supplier management, ensuring agreed execution and deliverables; * Serving as a reliable support point for leadership, demonstrating autonomy, agility, and a sense of priority; * Negotiation and persuasion. Requirements: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Communications, or related fields); * Availability to travel to stores; * Availability for business trips when required; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills.
