RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage planning, routing, verification, and store delivery processes; * Monitor, generate, and develop departmental performance indicators; * Prospect and manage relationships with transportation providers; * Manage the department’s budget; * Oversee digital operational platforms; * Ensure and continuously improve routine processes and activities performed by team members; * Identify opportunities to enhance departmental processes; * Train and develop team members to effectively carry out routine tasks; * Receive, store, pick, and ship inventory products; * Verify incoming and outgoing cargo; * Coordinate product movement between branches; * Logistics; * Monitor performance targets; * Responsible for departmental control and team leadership. QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience in transportation; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Alignment with company culture and values; * Knowledge of construction materials, home appliances, electronics, furniture, and/or financial services sectors; * Experience leading teams; * Experience in receiving, organizing, and managing inventory; * Experience in loss prevention. You stand out if: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Commercial Management, Financial Management, Business Process Management, or Logistics; * SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing) experience.
