




Job Opening for Sales Assistant Description We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team. The professional will be responsible for assisting in customer service, prospecting new business opportunities, and contributing to the company’s growth. Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person, providing information about equipment, pricing, availability, and leasing terms. * Screen and initiate commercial inquiries, routing them to sales representatives as needed. * Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and leasing contracts according to company standards. * Update the CRM with client data, conversation history, negotiation details, and order status. * Verify equipment availability in the system and assist in aligning logistics and sales operations. * Monitor the entire leasing process: reservation, release, documentation, renewal, and termination. * Follow up with pending customers, unconfirmed quotations, and ongoing requests. * Support post-sales activities for simple inquiries, information collection, and customer follow-up. * Manage required documents for onboarding new clients and updating existing client records. * Support internal and external sales representatives with information, spreadsheets, and supporting documents. * Contribute to the digital organization of files, contracts, quotations, and service records. * Assist with administrative and commercial tasks as required by the department. Requirements * Completed high school education. * Brief prior experience in sales or commercial roles. * Basic knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Organizational ability and proactivity.
