Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and duties** **What we’re looking for?** An organized and proactive individual. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Providing user support via phone, remote, or in-person assistance, as well as logging incidents to enable analysis and resolution—escalating them to resolver teams when necessary; * Handling incidents related to operating systems, software, hardware, networks, Microsoft Office Suite, databases, printers and peripherals, plus technical requests involving services, security, and products; * Delivering technical support to ensure high availability and performance of client platforms, and, when required, guiding and training users; * Performing requirement analysis, development, testing, acceptance validation, and deployment related to infrastructure; * Conducting directory mapping, configuring POP/Exchange email, Lotus Notes, user profiles, installing VPN, Active Directory, and IP configuration; Performing requirement analysis, development, testing, acceptance validation, and deployment related to infrastructure; * **Requirements and qualifications** **Required knowledge:** * Windows 365; * Active Directory; * Terminal Server; * Computer Networks; * Strong interpersonal communication skills and a consultative attitude toward clients and colleagues. * Organization, confidentiality, and discretion. * Agility and clarity in responding to urgent requests. **Preferred (not mandatory):** * ITIL certification; **Working Hours** * **** **NOTE:** Hey!
