Experience Experience in building maintenance, surveys, budgeting and control spreadsheets for the area, supervision of maintenance tasks, external inspections, scope development, service spreadsheets, and administrative activities. Knowledge Excel, maintenance management software. Responsibilities Provide service and guidance to internal and external customers and suppliers. Assist in the management, execution, supervision, maintenance, safety, environmental aspects, and restoration of construction projects, in accordance with engineering sector norms, standards, and technical specifications, within the technical limits established by one's training. Participate in, adapt to, or monitor the preparation of preliminary designs, physical\-financial schedules, and other project phases under supervision. Prepare budgets, service quotations, reports, correspondence, texts, and documents related to one's field, in accordance with pre-established standards and current legislation. Monitor and control the quality of supplies and services delivered by third parties. Interpret technical standards, procedures, and drawings relevant to one's area of expertise. Participate in the formulation, development, execution, and control of planning and budgeting processes within one's area of expertise and/or integrated areas. Manage inventory of materials within one's area. Identify problems and propose improvement solutions.
