Then join us in cooperation! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Focus on the card product's financial cycle, covering reconciliation matters, analysis and evaluation of the payment scheme process with participants (merchants, acquirers, and card networks), payment allocations, and budgetary analyses; * Address cooperative and internal stakeholder demands—whether temporary or routine—through our multichannel support, including chat, internal tickets, or verbal communication and contact; * Participate in meetings and alignment sessions with suppliers and partners to contribute to future project structuring and/or monitor ongoing initiatives, acting proactively and decisively in proposing improvements or identifying issues requiring correction; * Manage routines inherent to credit card products and related services through activities involving billing evaluations, payment allocations, reconciliations with suppliers, and the entire card lifecycle within the payment schemes we participate in; * Act as a collaborative team member in driving continuous performance improvement, evaluating automation opportunities, adoption of new tools, or implementation of new processes aimed at increasing operational efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience in financial processes such as reconciliations, results analysis, accounting knowledge, and budgetary analysis; * Experience in companies operating within payment schemes (issuers, acquirers, card networks, fintechs, or card-issuing institutions); * Intermediate Excel skills, including proficiency with formulas and creation of spreadsheets and reports; * Knowledge of legislation applicable to the financial sector or payment methods; * Data analysis capability and critical thinking to support decision-making; * Ability to manage multiple tasks while focusing on meeting deadlines; * Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders; * Proactivity in identifying improvements and resolving recurring problems. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of VBA and Excel macros; * Experience in managing points programs derived from card purchases—including redemption for goods or airline tickets, provisioning, invoice reconciliation, and supplier relationship management. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits** Caring for people lies at the heart of everything we do.
