THE SOCIAL SERVICE OF TRANSPORTATION (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL LEARNING SERVICE FOR TRANSPORTATION (SENAT), registered with CNPJ/MF under No. 73.471.989/0001-95 and 73.471.963/0001-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of applications for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1.1. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to the needs of SEST SENAT. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1.2. Approved candidates may be called upon to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1.3. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, with possible updates/corrections, and its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2. The Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions described below: **POSITION:** Coordinator of Administration and Finance **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services offered at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation voucher (as provided by current legislation for those who opt for it). Meal or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) – Employee's monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)' monthly fee covered by the employee. 2.1. Work schedule and shift will be informed by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate at the time of call-up, and it is the candidate’s responsibility to inform availability for the established schedule. Candidates who choose not to accept the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **Workload:** 44 hours per week **Salary Composition:** Base salary – BRL 8,625.44 + Position allowance – BRL 2,875.13 = Total salary BRL 11,500.57 **Unit:** Santa Rosa/RS **Job Summary:** Coordinate processes related to administrative, financial, budgetary, accounting, procurement of goods and services, personnel, general services, warehouse, and assets of the Operational Unit, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations, guiding and evaluating teams, and supporting the immediate supervisor in projects related to the administrative area. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration or Accounting Sciences. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate properly issued by an institution recognized by MEC; and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only applicable within a maximum period of 180 days after degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** 1) Proven professional experience in management roles. 2) Proven professional experience in administrative, financial, and budgetary activities. **PROOF:** Proof must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of required professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer's declaration containing the issuer's CNPJ, stamp and signature, stating start and end dates (if applicable), type of service performed, and description of activities carried out; b) Or copy of Work and Social Security Record – CTPS or screenshot of digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, clearly demonstrating relation to the desired position (only if CTPS registration has nomenclature related to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA) specifying activities performed in the services provided, together with item “b”, when the position alone is insufficient to prove the experience. Cost Management; Financial Management. General Accounting: Fundamental Principles of Accounting and Brazilian Accounting Standards. Patrimony: structure, configurations, accounting events. Accounting records: accounts, recording methods. Asset accounts; revenues, expenses, and costs. Equity equation. Cash and accrual basis accounting. Basic Tax Legislation: corporate income tax (IRPJ); Withholding income tax (IRRF); PIS; COFINS; CSLL; taxes and contributions levied on payroll. Public Expenditure: concept, classification, stages, and unpaid balances. Accounting Records: introduction, recording standards, account systems, and chart of accounts. Asset Management.
