We have an opportunity for **Internal Logistics Operator I** at **Soprano MATCON CO\- Campo Grande.** **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for supporting the logistics process by handling loads using motorized equipment and ensuring accurate material addressing and transfer within the warehouse. Supports Internal Logistics Operators II in resolving issues and verifying pending reports, guaranteeing accuracy and operational efficiency. Performs material assembly and inspection, verifying compliance and quality standards. Maintains a clean and organized work environment according to 5S principles, also assisting in equipment cleaning and maintenance. Strictly adheres to safety regulations, correctly uses PPE, and participates in training, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement of activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** To apply for this opportunity, you must meet the following requirements: **Soprano Employee** * Minimum 4 months of tenure with the company, * Completed High School education * Availability for required working hours * Experience in warehouse operations and inventory control; * NR11 Training \- Safety in Forklift Operation is a plus. * Performance evaluation: minimum readiness level in Application (professionals still in probationary period or who have not yet completed their first performance evaluation do not meet this criterion). * Absenteeism: up to 44 hours of medical certificates and 17 hours of absences/tardiness in the last 12 months (excluding absences specified in Article 473 of the CLT); **Application Deadline: 05/18/2026** **External Candidate** * Completed High School education; * CNH \- Brazilian National Driver's License \- Category B; * Experience in warehouse operations and inventory control; * NR11 Training \- Safety in Forklift Operation. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Regular Shift \- 7:05 AM to 5:08 PM. **Benefits that Care for You!** At **Soprano**, we believe a healthy environment begins with care — for the present and future of our employees.
