Responsibilities: Process employee onboarding and collect documents for registration; Maintain electronic timekeeping records; Manage Unimed health insurance plan; Maintain spreadsheets for record-keeping; Support the Human Resources Department; Requirements: Requirements to join our team: * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in HR, Administration, or related fields preferred); * Prior experience in Human Resources department routines; * Knowledge of labor legislation; * Proficiency in Excel; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity.
