Job Summary: A professional to provide administrative support to students enrolled in distance learning (EAD) and hybrid courses, encouraging their participation and assisting with integration. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative support for distance learning (EAD) and hybrid students 2. Assistance in student integration and orientation 3. Support in clarifying administrative questions and requests **UCDB MOVIMENTA PROGRAM!** **Area:** * UCDB VIRTUAL **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Minimum of six (6) months as a UCDB employee. **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * Provide administrative support to students enrolled in distance learning (EAD) and hybrid course disciplines; * Encourage and monitor student participation in the course, while assisting with integration and orientation to the SIIA system and the Virtual Learning Environment; * Support the development of study plans and encourage information and experience sharing among students; * Assist in clarifying questions and issues raised, as well as address administrative requests; * Provide support in clarifying questions and routing requests, ensuring efficient handling of administrative inquiries. **Competencies:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Teamwork; * Good interpersonal skills; * Organization and management of tasks/deadlines. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. **APPLICATION DEADLINE: JANUARY 29.**
