Analyze the specific requirements of roles and implement personalized activities to support such performance, following developed protocols. Conduct physical fitness tests for specific roles, designing and administering physical assessments. Analyze physical health risks associated with each role, participating in accident prevention, health, and quality-of-life programs to mitigate identified risks. Carry out tasks related to education and promotion of quality of life, developing relevant content, delivering classes/lectures, and/or guiding target audiences on topics related to health, safety, and quality of life. Generate data and information from the Quality of Life area, reporting to departmental and management levels, completing activity reports for the area, and utilizing computer equipment and software. EXCLUIR Support the sustainable growth of the Quality of Life area and related functions, ensuring maintenance, cleaning, preservation, storage, and control of all materials, devices, equipment, and the workplace. Monitor and provide support through in-person assistance, advising employees on matters related to associated areas within assigned responsibilities and competencies.
