Organization and control of departmental documents Company Industry: Machinery and Equipment – Parts Division Position: Sales Assistant Work Modality: On-site Work Location: São José do Rio Preto – SP **Responsibilities:** * In-person customer service and service via channels such as telephone, e\-mail, and WhatsApp; * Clarification of inquiries regarding products and parts; * Preparation of quotations according to received requests; * Registration of orders in the system and follow-up until completion; * Support for sales team activities; * Organization of departmental documents and controls; * Basic inventory verification; * Updating of customer records; * Support for administrative routines related to sales. **Compensation:** R$ 2\.135,00 **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 Lunch break from 11:00 to 12:30 On-site work. **Requirements:** Reside in São José do Rio Preto – SP; Completed high school education; Preferred: currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commercial Management, Business Processes, or related fields. **Knowledge and Skills:** Basic knowledge of Excel; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Proficiency in customer service; Organizational skills and attention to detail; Commitment and responsibility regarding routines and deadlines; Ability to work effectively in a team.
