Being part of a company expanding nationally and internationally Gold Imóveis, the #1 real estate agency in Araçatuba, is looking for a **creative and proactive Videomaker** to elevate our content and further strengthen the brand’s digital presence. **Responsibilities** * Film videos of properties, behind-the-scenes footage, team members, and clients; * Plan, shoot, and edit content for social media (Reels, Stories, YouTube, ads, etc.); * Create dynamic and modern videos aligned with trends in the real estate market; * Collaborate with the sales team to produce sales-driven content; * Adapt videos for paid traffic campaigns (Meta Ads and Google Ads); * Organize the brand’s image and video library. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a videomaker and video editor; * Proficiency in editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut or similar); * Understanding of framing, lighting, and visual storytelling; * Creative, agile profile with a commercial mindset; * Personal transportation (for on-site property and event filming); * Personal equipment (high-quality camera or smartphone + computer). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the real estate industry; * Basic knowledge of photography and drone operation; * Fundamental understanding of social media platforms and viral formats. **What We Offer** * Opportunity to join a company expanding nationally and internationally; * Creative freedom and space to build a strong portfolio; * A dynamic environment with real growth; * Competitive compensation.
