**Responsibilities and Duties** **SAFETY AS A NON-NEGOTIABLE VALUE**
* Move cargo within the company using the crane, strictly adhering to safety procedures.
* Operate the crane-mounted truck for cargo loading, transportation, and unloading, ensuring cargo integrity and compliance with regulations.
* Support long-haul truck drivers en route by providing roadside assistance—including axle replacement—using the crane safely and appropriately.
**Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Elementary school completion.
* Knowledge: Familiarity with procedures and equipment required for the crane operator role; knowledge of documentation procedures for trip adjustments.
* Courses: Oversized load handling certification; MOPP certification; knowledge of special cargo transportation laws.
* Experience: Six months of experience in this role.
