Additionally, the professional receives, guides, and appropriately routes incoming requests, providing accurate information regarding products, services, and procedures. It is essential to systematically and promptly record all customer feedback—including requests, complaints, compliments, criticisms, and suggestions—in corporate systems. They are also responsible for verifying documents related to customer service, ensuring compliance and internal process efficiency.
