If you identify with our purpose, let’s together imagine a future—and engineer it? **Responsibilities and Duties** Coordinate the development, implementation, and construction of company projects by applying innovations, new methods, equipment, and tools that optimize resource utilization, improve productivity and infrastructure, and streamline company processes—while also coordinating construction activities in accordance with the defined scope to ensure delivery of stable, fully operational projects within established client criteria. **Key Responsibilities** * **Planning and Control:** Develop/evaluate and monitor detailed schedules and activity execution plans; track physical-financial progress to prevent delays and budget overruns. Routinely organize and monitor contractor performance, evaluating KPIs and indicators. * **Team and Supplier Management:** Supervise implementation teams, field inspectors, and third-party teams to ensure productivity and on-site safety; coordinate supplier contracting and measurement. Monitor personnel mobilization and demobilization processes. * **Contract and Procurement Management:** Align technical scopes, analyze supplier proposals, and manage subcontractors. Verify and validate Measurement Bulletins (MBs). Ensure event logging to support Change Management and technical consultation processes. Evaluate contractor claims for payment. * **Multidisciplinary Interface:** Facilitate communication among clients, project coordinators, engineers, designers, and execution teams to resolve technical conflicts and optimize construction methods. * **Quality and Safety Monitoring:** Ensure compliance with technical standards (e.g., ABNT), Alcoa technical standards, and occupational safety regulations to mitigate risks and accidents. * **Data Analysis:** Create and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare managerial reports to support executive decision-making. * **Technical Interface:** Review and integrate multidisciplinary installation designs to anticipate technical interferences. Align project scopes with Construction Inspection, EHS, and Construction Planning teams. * **Technical Documentation:** Review and validate contractors’ RDOs (Reports of Daily Operations). Review and validate tender documents, unit price spreadsheets, constructability studies, and technical proposal analyses. * **HS/Environment:** Conduct inspections at work fronts and contractor facilities. Assess and validate contractors’ safety procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Electrical Engineering**; * Experience in industrial construction; * Experience in industrial projects; * Proven experience coordinating multiple simultaneous projects or highly complex industrial projects; * **Software:** Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office suite; * **Skills:** Analytical and proactive profile, results-oriented, excellent communication skills to align management, internal/external clients, and contractors.
