Guarantee of service quality **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for supervising and guiding production, cleaning, and other construction site personnel by monitoring and organizing tasks performed by employees and service providers, assigning activities to teams, controlling their execution, and ensuring the schedule remains within established parameters; interacting with Civil Engineers, Section Supervisors, Safety Technicians, and the Warehouse Department to exchange information and resolve potential discrepancies, with a focus on achieving results, reducing rework, improving team productivity, guaranteeing service quality, minimizing waste and other environmental impacts, and maintaining the construction schedule within defined deadlines according to procedures, standards, quality requirements, timelines, and projected costs. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Adaptability Communication Knowledge of Lean philosophy and its respective tools Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings Knowledge of vertical construction projects Innovation Leadership Customer orientation Results orientation Proactivity Interpersonal skills Teamwork Completed elementary education Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Windows Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Construction Foreman and/or in related roles within high-standard construction projects. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Coffee and meals on site; Transportation allowance; Life insurance; Birthday short day; Health plan (60% covered by the company); Annual PRV (variable performance bonus). **Work Location:** ---------------------- KIC SAO LUIS 2 SPE CONSTRUCOES E INCORPORACOES LTDA
