Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing warehouse, teams, processes, KPIs, and logistics operations, including supplier relations and participation in performance review meetings. Supplier relationship and negotiation **Industry: Distributor** **SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage warehouse operations; * Supervise distributor teams; * Manage business processes; * Analyze KPIs; * Establish and negotiate with suppliers; * Manage logistics operations (Inventory, Picking, and Shipping); * Attend the distributor's monthly performance review meeting; * Lead the distributor's monthly performance review meeting; * Comply with workplace safety recommendations, using PPE when required; * Safeguard company assets, including fixed and movable property, maintaining a clean and organized work environment. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Coursework or specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement and Supply Management, or Commercial Management; * Experience in logistics operations and team coordination; * Proficiency in KPIs; * Advanced Microsoft Office Suite; **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE:** Salary: R$ 4.800,00 + Meal Allowance + Health Insurance + Transportation Allowance + Performance Bonus. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Employment Type: CLT / Working Hours: 8 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Friday) / 8 AM to 12 PM (Saturday).
