Polite customer service and guidance on equipment usage **Description:** * Perform computer maintenance and installation; * Diagnose and resolve issues in inkjet and laser printers and multifunction devices from various brands: Ricoh, HP, Brother, Canon, Kyocera; * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on printers, multifunction devices, and computers, including part replacement, consumables, and equipment cleaning; * Respond to customer service calls to resolve technical issues related to printers and multifunction devices; * Provide courteous and professional customer service, guiding users on proper equipment usage and offering solutions to improve equipment performance; * Maintain accurate records of performed activities and serviced equipment. **Experience and Requirements** * Completed technical or higher education; * Driver's license; * Availability for travel; * Proven experience in maintaining inkjet and laser printers and multifunction devices from various brands; * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; * Customer service skills and good verbal and written communication; * Ability to work in teams and collaborate with other departments. **About Alucom** * Alucom is a company headquartered in Fortaleza, operating across the state of Ceará, São Paulo, Mato Grosso do Sul, Paraíba, Santa Catarina, and Maranhão.
