Install, configure, and update operating systems, software, and applications according to company needs. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment such as computers, printers, and servers. Ensure company network and data security by implementing protective measures against viruses, malware, and cyberattacks. Previous experience as a Technical Support Analyst, IT Assistant, Computer Technician, or IT Intern may indicate familiarity with some of the activities associated with this position. Completed technical education required.
