Job Summary: We are seeking a PMO professional to lead the structuring and standardization of internal processes within a rapidly growing real estate development and construction company. Opportunity for continuous improvement and system automation A large-scale real estate developer and construction company in Maranhão, currently undergoing rapid growth, is seeking a PMO professional to lead the structuring and standardization of internal processes. **Key Responsibilities:** Act as the responsible party for implementing and managing internal processes; Ensure execution of workflows, guaranteeing discipline, standardization, and adherence to deadlines; Organize and monitor processes involving multiple CNPJs; Work cross-functionally, structuring administrative processes for both office and construction site operations; Identify bottlenecks, operational failures, and opportunities for continuous improvement; Collaborate with internal audit and quality teams to review processes and mitigate risks; Monitor automation initiatives and system improvements; **Technical Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; Experience in process management, PMO, continuous improvement, or operations; Experience in high-volume, operationally complex environments; Experience in process structuring or reorganization; Knowledge of financial routines; Experience working cross-functionally across departments; Familiarity with ERP systems; knowledge of UAU – Sênior ERP is a plus; Experience in civil construction, real estate development, or companies with multiple units/branches is a plus; Prior experience in consulting projects or process implementation projects is a plus.
