**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Prepare administrative reports to provide organized data for decision-making;
* Receive, verify, and forward invoices to ensure payment processes remain up-to-date;
* Support supplier registration to maintain updated information and facilitate contact;
* Support entry of information into the contracts module;
* Assist procurement officers in executing purchase follow-ups;
* Perform departmental administrative tasks: filing and forwarding official letters, organizing files, monitoring email proxy;
* Submit purchase requisitions and track approval workflows and purchase status.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education (an advantage if currently pursuing undergraduate studies in Administration, Management Processes, or Accounting);
* Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
* Professional experience in administrative routines;
* Professional experience with TOTVS RM system.
**Additional Information** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
