




Job Summary: A finance professional with experience in the construction industry, responsible for planning, financial control, cost management, and contract management. Key Highlights: 1. Cost management, accounts payable/receivable, and performance indicator analysis This position is intended for professionals with experience in financial activities, preferably in the Construction Industry. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Financial Planning and Control: Prepare budgets for construction projects; Monitor cash flow (inflows and outflows) to ensure liquidity; Forecast capital requirements for project execution. * Cost Management: Monitor direct and indirect project costs (materials, labor, equipment); Analyze budget variances and propose adjustments; Support pricing of new projects. * Accounts Payable: Verify and process supplier and contractor invoices; Schedule payments according to contractual deadlines; Negotiate payment terms to optimize cash flow; Ensure compliance with internal policies and tax legislation. * Accounts Receivable: Issue invoices and track customer collections; Monitor delinquency and conduct friendly collections; Record financial inflows and reconcile with contracts; Support management of financing and bank disbursements. * Performance Indicator Analysis: Calculate project profit margin, ROI, and payback period; Prepare financial reports for senior management. * Contract Control: Manage contracts with suppliers and clients; Ensure compliance with contractual terms and deadlines. * Compliance and Legal Obligations: Ensure adherence to accounting and tax regulations; Support internal and external audits. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; Accounting Sciences; Economics; or Financial Management. Preferred: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, or Project Management. Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable; Cash flow control; Financial and budgetary analysis.
