Provide technical support to customers and resolve issues An electronic security systems company seeks a responsible and proactive professional to join its technical team. The candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining CCTV, alarm, access control, and communication network systems. **Responsibilities:** * Install and configure CCTV, alarm, and access control systems. * Perform cable routing and infrastructure assembly. * Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment. * Provide technical support to customers and assist in issue resolution. * Adhere to quality and safety standards during installations. * Document service activities in the work order. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of IP networks and configuration of DVR/NVR/CAMERAS/READERS. * Proficiency with electrical tools and measurements. * Driver's license category B and availability for travel. * Technical course in electronics, mechatronics, networking, or related fields is desirable.
