Preparation of AD and ID medical records **Nursing Internship** **Main Responsibilities** * Verify and update the portal; open patient IW; * Monitor patients undergoing implementation, hospitalized patients; contact hospitals and patients' family members; * Prepare AD and ID medical records; * Prepare senior consent forms and operator approval documents, and send admission emails; * Conduct weekly, biweekly, and monthly patient monitoring. **Requirements** * Completed High School * Currently enrolled in a Nursing program * Experience in the field is a plus **Desirable** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Organizational skills and routine management * Communication skills and proactivity **Employment Type** Internship — Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Salary:** R$1,200 + Transportation Allowance Job Type: Internship Benefits: * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site Compensation: R$1,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site
