Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Postgraduate Analyst to support the management and operationalization of programs, acting as an interface among coordinators, students, faculty members, and regulatory bodies, ensuring academic and regulatory processes. We seek a motivated Junior Postgraduate Analyst with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail to support the management and operationalization of the institution’s postgraduate programs. You will play a pivotal role as the interface among course coordinators, students, faculty members, and regulatory bodies, ensuring that academic and regulatory processes proceed with quality, security, and compliance. UniFacens, located in Sorocaba (SP), is recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC) with the highest rating (5\) and specializes in Engineering, Architecture, Technology, and Health. Since its founding, operated by the Sorocaba Technological Renewal Cultural Association (ACRTS), UniFacens functions as a non-profit entity, reinvesting its results into institutional improvements and providing socioeconomic support through scholarships for students demonstrating financial need. **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist in developing the postgraduate academic calendar, ensuring alignment with undergraduate programs. Organize the payment process for faculty members and coordinators, verifying documents and ensuring budgetary compliance. Clarify doubts and provide support to course coordinators regarding deadlines, processes, and academic records. Validate and monitor data for students, professors, courses, and coordinators for institutional evaluation. Monitor and advise coordinators on CPA (Internal Evaluation Commission) participation rates. Support the launch of new courses, update information in the academic system, and publish updates on the institutional website. Monitor the process of creating disciplines in the academic management system. Assist with regulatory demands from the MEC and professional councils (CREA, AES, among others). Support the organization of postgraduate academic events. Generate reports and performance indicators for courses. Collaborate with the postgraduate coordination team on strategic and institutional initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** Academic Background: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in fields such as Administration, Educational Management, IT, Marketing, Business Management, or Engineering. Tools and Systems: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, reports, analyses) and Word (institutional documents). Experience with Academic Management Systems (Educational ERP). Familiarity with digital communication and productivity platforms (Teams, Outlook, etc.). Technical and Behavioral Skills: Organizational ability and attention to detail for handling regulatory and academic processes. Analytical capability for data validation and report generation. Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with coordinators, faculty members, and students. Proactivity and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Time management and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment. Courses and Certifications (Desirable): Extension courses or certifications in Academic Management or Higher Education. Advanced Microsoft Office certification. Training or specialization in Educational Legislation / MEC Regulation.
