Job Summary: An HR professional to work in Recruitment and Selection, training, onboarding, HR operations, and people development, aiming for continuous improvement and a positive organizational climate. Key Highlights: 1. Recruitment and Selection activities, group dynamics, and competency-based interviews. 2. Support for internal training, employee onboarding, and development initiatives. 3. HR routine tasks, management support, and continuous improvement. **JOB: HR** **Responsibilities:** * Manage **Recruitment and Selection** processes (job posting, resume screening, interviews, and candidate follow-up); * Lead **group dynamics**, competency-based interviews, and behavioral assessments; * Conduct **candidate profile analysis** aligned with company requirements; * Support and deliver **internal training**, new employee onboarding, and development initiatives; * Handle the full **HR routine**, including employee support, internal controls, and management assistance; * Contribute to **continuous improvement**, organizational climate, and people development initiatives. **Requirements:** * Degree in or currently studying **Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields**; * Experience or knowledge in **Recruitment and Selection**; * Familiarity with general HR practices; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical mindset; * Proactivity, ethics, and commitment. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with **group dynamics, training, and team development**; * Practical experience in behavioral analysis and performance evaluation; * Commitment to ongoing learning and growth within the HR field. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** We seek a professional with a human-centered, strategic, and organized approach, who enjoys working with people, development, and continuous improvement.
