Responsibilities
* Assist in the import and export processes of goods.
* Verify required documentation (invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.).
* Monitor customs clearance with customs brokers and regulatory authorities.
* Control shipment and unloading deadlines, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
* Maintain contact with suppliers, customers, and international freight agents.
* Update internal systems with order information, shipments, and logistics status.
* Support the preparation of departmental reports and performance indicators.
Requirements
* Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields.
* Knowledge of customs legislation and import/export processes.
* Intermediate or advanced English (preferred).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and management systems.
* Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
Advantages
