You will develop capital budgets aligned with contract terms and forecasted cash flow, ensuring engineering developments and standards are implemented, and support the development and implementation of state-of-the-art equipment processes and strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets, and deploy best practices. To achieve this, we have a Diversity Committee operating across four pillars: Persons with Disabilities (PCD), Ethnic-Racial, Women, and LGBTQIAP+, and we are also part of MOVER — The Movement for Racial Equity. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, schedule, implement, and commission industrial automation systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and industrial networks). * Work on automation and digitalization projects for production lines. * Work with acquisition, processing, and analysis of industrial data, connecting machines, systems, and databases. * Integrate automation systems with databases, MES/SCADA systems, and corporate platforms. * Work with industrial data networks, ensuring reliable communication between machines, sensors, and systems. * Diagnose failures, propose improvements, and optimize system performance, safety, and availability. * Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, IT, Engineering, and supplier teams. **Requirements** * Degree in Engineering (Automation, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related fields). * Knowledge of industrial automation (PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems). * Interest in or experience with data processing, databases (SQL or similar), and system integration. * Familiarity with industrial and data networks (Industrial Ethernet, Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, OPC, etc.). * Analytical, curious, collaborative profile with a strong willingness to learn. **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory)** * Experience with Industry 4.0, IIoT, and industrial digitalization. * Experience in commissioning, line start-up, or machine retrofitting. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
