Your role will be to build robust, stable, and intelligent solutions for products and applications that directly impact our customers' journey. On a daily basis, you will: Develop prioritized features with a focus on performance, scalability, and business value. Fix bugs and propose technical solutions for complex problems, both urgent and structural. Work closely with other teams to ensure complete, tested, and well-documented deliveries. Partner with junior developers through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and pair programming. Monitor application metrics in production (availability, errors, performance) and suggest continuous improvements. You will also participate in ceremonies, technical decisions, and business discussions, contributing your strategic vision and product expertise. Responsibilities and duties * Develop and maintain web applications using React.js integrated with RESTful APIs; * Develop and maintain robust, scalable, high-performance microservices using Node.js or PHP (Laravel). * Design and implement scalable RESTful APIs ensuring integration between different systems. * Actively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Frontend, Product, QA) in implementing new features. * Participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions with the team. * Write clean, testable, and maintainable code applying best development practices such as SOLID. * Ensure delivery quality and reliability by creating unit tests. Requirements and qualifications * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Experience with: React.js; JavaScript, TypeScript HTML, CSS, Node.js or PHP (Laravel) * Relational databases (e.g.: SQL Server or others) and non-relational databases (e.g.: MongoDB, Elastic, Redis or others) * Version control tools (Git) * Messaging systems and asynchronous programming (e.g.: RabbitMQ) * Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD fundamentals; * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) 2510210202521822604
