Supervise all project phases, from planning to final delivery, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Act as a technical reference, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, promoting integration across departments, and efficiently managing resources and risks. Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and sustainability standards, contributing to operational excellence and strategic objectives. Define actions and strategies for developing CAPEX budgets for subsequent years, considering necessary investment analyses, project prioritization, and alignment with organizational strategic goals. Establish actions to ensure compliance with engineering project standards, guaranteeing conformity with inspection and audit requirements through the implementation of internal controls and continuous verification procedures. Define material and equipment needs, as well as the use of third-party services according to engineering project requirements, ensuring operational feasibility and efficiency. Proactively prevent the need for corrective actions in case of cost overruns or schedule delays in engineering projects through continuous monitoring and performance indicator analysis. Evaluate additional requests outside the project scope to facilitate operational startup, ensuring all changes are properly documented and do not compromise original project objectives. Manage contracts and implement corrective actions with suppliers, ensuring compliance with agreed terms. Monitor and manage payments according to installation progress, ensuring alignment with service performance. Review basic documentation for service requests or equipment data sheets, ensuring all information is complete and compliant with technical and regulatory standards. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering: Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil.
