Job Mission Responsible for controlling the execution of activities related to logistics operations, focusing on receiving, storage, movement of products, inventories, fleet management, as well as action plans and processes established by coordination, aiming to guarantee the unit's service level. Main Responsibilities 1. Practice the procedures and standards required by the group; 2. Ensure that finished products received are checked and stored correctly, aiming at product quality and inventory accuracy; 3. Guarantee accuracy in the billing process, order entry, and invoice issuance through verification; 4. Monitor order picking through blind checks until dispatch, ensuring accurate customer fulfillment according to the order fulfillment policy; 5. Ensure that the flow of loading, unloading, and internal movement of products and materials follows the group's standards and guidelines; 6. Monitor warehouse and external yard organization through a daily cleaning plan and monthly checklist, aiming to prevent possible damages and accidents and improve storage conditions for products and auxiliary materials; 7. Monitor the performance of third-party companies providing services to the area, ensuring higher productivity; 8. Analyze and fill in area indicators, ensuring data integrity, and when necessary, create/request action plans based on appropriate methodologies and tools to correct identified deviations; 9. Ensure accuracy of finished product and material inventories by monitoring input, output, product damage controls, and inventories; 10. Guarantee the execution of daily, weekly, and monthly inventories according to group guidelines, thus ensuring inventory reliability; 11. Collaborate with coordination in team development through monitoring, training, and feedback aimed at continuous improvement; 12. Promote alignment meetings with areas involved in the distribution process, presenting cost-saving and improvement opportunities; 13. Promote and disseminate Heineken's Life-Saving Rules culture, seeking a safer work environment based on internal norms, guidelines, and procedures, always aiming for risk awareness and prevention. 14.
