Our employment opportunities are open to all underrepresented groups, including people 50+, PWD, LGBTQIA+, Black individuals, women, among others. **Responsibilities and duties** **What you will do:** Ensure compliance with current legislation for security guards in 2025, based on the Private Security Statute, Law 14.967/24, and its regulating decrees such as Ordinance 19.037, which amended Ordinance 18.045. Have skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis, effective communication, critical thinking, attention to detail, ability to make data-driven decisions, stay updated on the latest security technology trends, and knowledge of regulatory standards such as Basel, COSO, and ISO. Responsible for providing direct support to the security coordinator in planning, analyzing, and mapping risks across the complex, especially events, reviewing operational security procedures designed to safeguard tangible and intangible assets of all business units within the Costa de Sauipe Complex, as well as maintaining peace and well-being for associates, customers, and direct partners, while meeting the company’s performance goals. Assist in developing strategic planning and security staffing to accommodate routine operational changes; Maintain acceptable incident rates, create and implement preventive security measures capable of deterring and/or preventing criminal acts such as theft, robbery, fraud, etc. Support coordination and supervision in preparing and delivering presentations, performance meetings, lectures, and training sessions; Analyze risks related to services and products offered to customers, manage crises that may occur within the resorts, investigate suspects, and contact competent authorities; Support coordination in cases of theft and robbery by conducting investigations and gathering necessary information to assist competent authorities; Assist in organizing and implementing operational rules and procedures by developing standard manuals and disseminating them among employees to standardize how various security tasks are performed. **Requirements and qualifications** **What you need to have:** * Experience in risk analysis and mapping techniques * Knowledge of COSO ERM * Knowledge of ISO 31000, 31010, 31050, 55001 * Knowledge of ABNT NBR 15999 * SWOT analysis * Ishikawa diagram (fishbone) * Driver's license A/B * Knowledge in asset protection security * Strong writing skills * Good composition and redaction skills **You will stand out if:** * Advanced Office suite skills * Experience with Power BI * Experience with dashboards **Additional information** **Check out the benefits for this position:** * Hapvida health plan, dental plan, and Dr. Alper; * Free meals at our cafeterias and food allowance; * Gympass and Psicologia Viva; * Semi-annual and annual Performance Participation Bonus (PPR) and much more. **We are AVIVA, a company made by people and for people** Since becoming **AVIVA** in 2018, we've understood that entertainment brings fun, joy, personal satisfaction, and positivity to people's lives.
