Job Mission
Responsible for the operation, inspection, and cleaning of industrial equipment in the manufacturing process area, aiming to comply with all operational procedures, ensuring safety and quality requirements, avoiding waste, and reducing operational costs.
Main Responsibilities (Work in the fermentation area)
* Perform routine operational activities by supporting the operation of machines and low-complexity equipment, as well as operational inspections, under the supervision of the immediate supervisor in the assigned area.
* Assist in performing mechanical repair, adaptation, and improvement services on equipment, structures, and facilities, as well as lubrication services, according to instructions from the maintenance supervisor. Support the area's activities in execution, preparation and
