This is an opportunity for professionals holding a degree in Psychology with an **active CRP registration**, experience in recruitment and selection, and availability for business travel using the company vehicle. **Location:** Alagoinhas – BA **Responsibilities:** * Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes (screening, interviews, administering tests, and preparing assessment reports); * Post job openings on platforms and social media; * Issue psychological reports when required; * Support HR administrative routines; * Carry out business trips and visits using the company vehicle. **Requirements:** * Degree in Psychology with an **active CRP registration**; * Experience in recruitment and selection; * Familiarity with job posting platforms; * Valid **Class B driver's license** and availability for business travel.
