Monitor and investigate work accidents and incidents, preparing technical reports and suggesting improvements. Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) issued by the Ministry of Labor. Develop and implement prevention programs such as PPRA, PGR, PCMSO (in collaboration with the occupational physician). Conduct and manage mandatory training (NR\-6, NR\-33, NR\-35, etc.). Control the distribution and proper use of PPE and collective protective equipment. Participate in the preparation of technical reports and safety assessments. Assist in establishing and managing CIPA and Fire Brigade teams. Issue and monitor Work Permits (PTs) for critical activities. Monitor service providers to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Participate in internal and external audits related to occupational health and safety. Support occupational health initiatives and educational campaigns. **Requirements:** Technical Degree in Occupational Safety – with active registration at MTE (Ministry of Labor and Employment). Experience in large companies operating in industrial environments involving chemicals and control of physical and chemical hazards. Knowledge of labor legislation related to occupational safety. Familiarity with NRs applicable to the industrial sector. Knowledge of risk analysis and management techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate level). Experience in accident investigation methods (e.g., Root Cause Tree, 5 Whys, etc.). Knowledge of management systems (e.g., ISO 9001\). ERP system experience is a plus.
