**Responsibilities and Duties** **People Management:** Planning work schedules, managing overtime banks, leave and vacation requests, providing feedback, and conducting training—all while promoting best practices and monitoring absenteeism and turnover.
**Shift Handover Process (Rodoll):** A critical alignment between teams to exchange information, verify operational conditions, and distribute tasks—ensuring continuity and safety.
**Patient Scheduling and Rescheduling:** Daily review of appointment schedules, verification of time slots, operational adjustments, and coordination of patient contact for rescheduling.
**Inventory and Records Control:** Monitoring supplies, planning replenishment, conducting inventories, managing documents, and submitting checklists.
**Patient Care Workflow and SISCAM Analyses:** Monitoring and optimizing patient care delivery, evaluating the patient journey, and verifying/correcting entries in the SISCAM system.
**Reporting and MRP (Material Requirements Planning):** Extracting, analyzing, and submitting productivity/cancellation reports, as well as participating in material and human resource planning.
**Relationship with Hospital Units (UH):** Regular meetings, site visits, training sessions, proactive communication with leadership, and development of joint initiatives.
**Satisfaction and Quality Surveys:** Distributing, analyzing, and implementing action plans based on satisfaction surveys to identify and correct process deviations.
**Equipment and Asset Management:** Tracking preventive maintenance, activating contingency plans, and inspecting furniture and asset registration records.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Nursing, or related fields;
* Intermediate proficiency in Excel;
