Job Summary: Supervises and manages infrastructure services, teams, and projects, ensuring compliance with procedures and employee safety. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and monitoring of in-house and outsourced services Position: Infrastructure Supervision in Garanhuns/PE Main Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with current procedures and projects; * Plan, monitor, and inspect all infrastructure services; * Monitor execution of services performed by in-house and outsourced teams; * Train direct and outsourced teams on operational activities; * Manage the training matrix for team members under supervision; * Perform measurement of infrastructure services; * Allocate employees according to site requirements; * Address deviations from performance indicators; * Accompany inspections by Caixa, Compesa, CPRH, City Hall, and Neoenergia; * Request and monitor material deliveries; * Maintain company-provided tools and equipment; * Supervise the surveying team’s activities; * Conduct 5S patrols; * Ensure employee safety per internal procedures; * Issue budgetary addendums when necessary; * Plan activities based on strategic planning; * Provide regular feedback to team members; * Manage budgets for service fronts under responsibility. Requirements: * Civil Engineering, from the 5th semester onward or completed. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in infrastructure.
