We seek organized professionals who pay attention to detail and wish to grow within a collaborative and constantly evolving environment. **Responsibilities and duties** * Coordinate unit operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and excellence in patient care; * Monitor performance indicators and processes (clinical and administrative), proposing continuous improvements (PDCA); * Coordinate appointment and examination scheduling, ensuring compliance with protocols; * Supervise and develop the team, promoting alignment, engagement, and high performance; * Guide and support the team regarding personnel routines (schedules, timekeeping, vacations, etc.); * Ensure compliance with institutional policies, legal requirements, and regulatory agencies; * Support unit financial monitoring (costs, billing, revenues, and expenses) and prepare management reports; * Guarantee organization, infrastructure, cleanliness, safety, and process standardization (SOPs); * Monitor customer satisfaction and implement actions to improve the patient experience. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree (healthcare, administration, or related fields); * Experience managing teams and operating healthcare units; * Experience in hospital or clinic environments; * Knowledge of performance indicators and results-based management; * Skills in people management and problem solving; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Preferred qualifications:** * Knowledge of quality processes and accreditation; * Experience working with regulatory agencies (Health Surveillance, Ministry of Health). **Additional information** **Medradius and you, together for life!** ======================================= At **Medradius**, caring is more than a profession—it’s our purpose.
