We are looking for a **Retail Commercial Leader** to monitor performance indicators daily, including sales volume, ambassador productivity, and product mix such as 5G, FTTH, and bundles. Lead and develop the lifecycle of CLT and autonomous ambassadors, covering all stages from recruitment and training to continuous field follow-up.
