Job Summary: We are seeking a high-impact executive leader to architect, structure, and scale our digital account operation, ensuring excellence from onboarding through financial settlement. You will be responsible for architecting, structuring, and scaling our digital account operation, ensuring excellence from customer onboarding to financial settlement. If you possess strategic vision combined with technical execution capability in financial products, focus on robust processes, and high-performance leadership, join us to transform the market. \* Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, or related fields. An MBA or postgraduate degree in Business Management, Operations, or Corporate Finance is a plus. \* Proven, solid experience in executive leadership roles within the digital account ecosystem, fintechs, digital banks, wallets, or financial services. \* In-depth knowledge of payment account workflows, initial banking regulations, and transfer operations (Pix, TED, settlements). \* Highly analytical profile, focused on operational efficiency metrics, product scalability, and cost management. **\* Availability for 100% in-person work in Maceió/AL state** Key Responsibilities: \* Lead, structure, and supervise all daily operations of Minha Konta (customer onboarding, KYC, support, digital account operations, and settlement). \* Develop and implement scalable operational processes, internal control policies, and performance KPIs (OKRs) to sustain user base growth. \* Ensure efficiency, security, and compliance of the platform’s transaction and financial movement pipeline. \* Lead, train, and engage cross-functional teams, fostering an agile, collaborative culture focused on optimal customer experience (CX). \* Mitigate operational risks jointly with Compliance, Anti-Fraud, and Technology teams. \* Report directly to the Executive Presidency/Board, translating growth targets into clear, executable operational plans.
