Management of accommodations for construction teams Fleet Supervisor / 1 Position(s) / Maceió / AL Responsibilities * Manage and control the fleet of owned and leased vehicles; * Register and maintain vehicle documentation; * Monitor maintenance, refueling, traffic fines, damages, and accidents; * Verify invoices and costs related to the fleet; * Manage dormitories/accommodations for construction teams, controlling occupancy, usage conditions, and maintenance; * Ensure logistical support to teams and optimize operational resources. Requirements * Must reside in Maceió – AL * Driver’s license Category B, C, or D (mandatory) * Completed elementary or high school education * Experience as a Fleet Supervisor and in fleet control and management * Skills in managing fleets of owned and leased vehicles, preventive and corrective maintenance control, cost and invoice verification, and management of construction site accommodations/dormitories * Organizational skills, process control focus, resource optimization, responsibility, discipline Salary R$ 2700 Benefits Transportation allowance; Meal allowance; Life insurance; Gympass. Work Shift Monday to Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1-hour break) Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.700,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
