With an encouraging and supportive atmosphere, R2T strives to ensure that its employees learn to work as one family, aiming for customer satisfaction, professional achievements for our staff, and recognition for the company. **Responsibilities**: Learning through SENAI courses and on-the-job training at the company regarding installation and maintenance of fixed-line telephony using fiber-optic networks. **Requirements:** * Be aged between 18 and 21 years; * Currently enrolled in or have completed high school; * Possess all required documentation; * Be proactive and self-motivated; * Have interest in learning about telecommunications networks; * Be available to complete the theoretical phase over six months. **Benefits:** * Salary: BRL 810.50 * Transportation allowance * Optional medical and dental assistance * CLT employment regime **Working Hours:** * 4 hours per day. * Monday to Friday.
