




Job Summary: This professional will manage and continuously improve operational processes and contracts, ensuring compliance, achievement of targets and results, identifying deviations, and proposing action plans. Collaboration in drafting and reviewing contractual terms Promote the management and continuous improvement of operational processes (business, management, or support) and contract management executed within the unit of operation, driving compliance with institutional rules, pre-established targets and results, assessing potential distortions and deviations, and proposing preventive and corrective action plans. * **When working on IT contracts** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the preparation of Contract Request Terms (CRT), Preliminary Technical Studies (PTS), Risk Analyses, and Addendum Terms for contracts relevant to the unit. * Collaborate with the Procurement and Contracting & Disposal department in defining technical specifications, contractual conditions, and supplier evaluation criteria. * Review draft contracts for adherence to institutional regulations, LGPD (General Data Protection Law), and applicable legislation. * Act as support to the designated contract supervisor/manager. * Monitor contract validity periods, renewals, terminations, and adjustments, ensuring communication with stakeholders. * Track physical and financial contract execution, validating deliveries, invoicing, and compliance with SLAs (*Service Level Agreements*). * Record and control measurements, service certificates, and invoices in the corporate contract management system. * Identify and report non-conformities, invoice rejections, penalties, and contractual risks, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Support contract closure, termination, or renewal processes, ensuring fulfillment of clauses and obligations. * Prepare lessons-learned reports and supplier history records for future procurements. * Maintain an updated knowledge base on suppliers, contracts, and best practices, contributing to the unit’s document management. * Monitor the full contract lifecycle—from drafting through to closure—ensuring compliance with contractual clauses, deadlines, and established indicators. * Support negotiation, renewal, and renegotiation processes by providing technical information and analyses to inform decision-making. * Maintain up-to-date contract records, controls, and reports, ensuring traceability, governance, and support for internal and external audits. * Promote communication among involved parties, facilitating alignment between internal departments and suppliers to achieve contractual objectives. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management processes by disseminating best practices, standards, and tools that strengthen the organization’s contractual maturity. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in the field. * Intermediate-level Office suite proficiency. * Experience with customer service software and ERP systems. * Ability to analyze reports and general data. * Presentation tools. * Knowledge of Contract Management (contract lifecycle). * Risk Management (identification, assessment, and treatment of risks). * Familiarity with agile methodologies. **Additional Information** * Number of positions: 01 * Selection process stages: Screening, technical challenge, HR interview, and manager interview.
