Occupational Safety Technician (HOSPITAL FAROL)

To join our team, you need to: align with our purpose of caring for people, enjoy challenges, be proactive, empathetic, and willing to transform. **\#WeAreUnIncredible \#UnimedCareWay** **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct safety inspections in work environments, equipment, and tools through on-site verification; * Instruct, guide, and ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations applicable to each situation in every work location process, in accordance with legal requirements; * Inspect fire-fighting stations, examining hoses, hydrants, extinguishers, and fire protection equipment; * Specify individual and/or collective protective equipment (PPEs and/or CPEs) based on hazard identification, quantification, and exposure analysis; * Distribute personal protective equipment (PPE), monitor test evaluations, analyze and propose necessary modifications, and perform controls; * Promote a safety culture within company areas regarding the use of PPEs; * Analyze, investigate, and record cases of work-related accidents; * Supervise works carried out by both internal teams and third-party service providers; * Gather and analyze statistics on work accidents, occupational diseases, and work-related illnesses, analyzing their causes and severity; * Monitor the operation of the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA), supporting work programs and action plans, risk mapping, and SIPAT activities; * Participate in project analyses for building modifications or new company installations, assessing safety and ergonomic aspects, proposing changes if necessary. **Requirements and qualifications** * Technical degree in Occupational Safety; * Active professional council registration; * Intermediate-level proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and integrated systems; * Knowledge of the Regulatory Standards of the Ministry of Labor and Employment (NR-32, NR-35, NR-13, NR-10); Firefighting and panic installations and Fire Brigade; * Familiarity with ABNT standards. **Differentiating factors:** * Knowledge of ANVISA regulations, NR 35, and CNEN (Radiology); * Experience/knowledge in the hospital sector. **Workload:** 44 hours per week (Monday to Friday) **Additional information** **OUR BENEFITS** **Health and wellness:** health and dental insurance, Gympass, Equilibrium program, endomarketing initiatives, birthday day off **Allowances:** meal allowance, childcare allowance, transportation voucher with reduced discount, life insurance **Development:** education incentives, technical and behavioral training **Benefits club:** exclusive benefits with our partners We are a reference in excellence in care.
